Refund Policy
Final Sale: All purchases are final and non-refundable unless they meet the specific criteria listed below. Please review product details and compatibility notes before completing your order.
1. Digital products only
Our products are digital downloads available immediately after purchase. Because they cannot be “returned,” all sales are final. Refunds are only considered in the specific cases below.
2. When refunds may apply
A. Accidental purchase (unused)
- The product must not have been downloaded (0 downloads).
- Verification: Account activity and download logs will be reviewed to confirm no files were accessed before approving a refund.
- Contact us promptly after purchase.
- We’ll revoke access and issue a refund within 5–7 business days.
B. Non-functional or corrupted files
- If a file doesn’t work as intended, contact us first for a refreshed file.
- If the issue continues, please provide:
- A short description of the issue
- Screenshots, steps, and/or screen recording(s)
- We’ll investigate under our Proof Act protocol.
- If the file functions correctly but conflicts with your theme, PHP version, or hosting environment, no refund will be issued, as the product itself is not defective.
3. Refund request requirements
- Submit refund requests within 14 days of your purchase date.
- Requests after 14 days are ineligible.
- Include documentation: screenshots, steps, and/or screen recording(s).
- Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days.
In specific circumstances, we may offer a refund as Store Credit. It never expires and can be used towards any product in our catalog.
4. Memberships & subscriptions
- Membership plans become non-refundable once any product has been downloaded from your account.
- Subscription renewals are final and non-refundable.
- You may cancel anytime before your next renewal in your Account Dashboard.
5. Before requesting a refund
Most issues are solved quickly with updated files or guidance. Contact our Support Team first.
6. Disputes & chargebacks
- If you open a dispute or chargeback with PayPal or your card processor/issuing bank without contacting us first, your account and IP may be blocked, blacklisted, or restricted from future purchases.
- We reserve the right to submit dispute evidence, which may include access timestamps, IP address(es), download logs, and delivery/usage records.
- To avoid disruptions, contact support before opening any dispute. Most issues are resolved quickly once we review your case.
7. Policy agreement
By completing your purchase at Theme Canal, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to this Refund Policy.
