• Accuracy & authority statement: A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
• Signature: A physical or electronic signature of the owner or the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right allegedly infringed (for example, typing your full legal name at the end of the notice).

Incomplete notices may be rejected or delayed until all required information is provided.

Please allow 1–2 business days for an initial response. Contacting third parties such as our hosting provider instead of us may delay resolution.

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we may take one or more of the following actions:

• Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
• Notify the user or account associated with the material, where applicable.
• Request additional information from the complaining party if the notice is incomplete or unclear.

We aim to act on genuine, complete notices as quickly as reasonably possible, typically within 48 hours of confirmation. However, timing may vary depending on volume and complexity.

If your content has been removed due to a DMCA notice and you believe this was a mistake or that you are authorized to use the material, you may send us a counter-notification that includes:

• Your full name, address, telephone number, and email address.
• Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which it appeared before removal.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
• A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in your primary place of residence (or, if outside the U.S., to the jurisdiction of a court where Theme Canal may be found) and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice or their agent.
• Your physical or electronic signature.
