It is possible the file has an issue or maybe we’ll have to check your account. In this case we ask you to send us a message on the form that you will find on the right (>>)
Where do I find my license key?
We do not provide, lease, release, or resell license keys. All the products offered on this website are licensed under the GNU General Public License (GPL). You do not need license keys to use your projects, regardless of how many products need. License keys are only required if you want to receive automatic updates and support from the author of a plugin or theme.
If you’d like to get rid of the annoying license key notices on your dashboard, we recommend the Hide Backend Notices plugin.
How many sites can I use the plugins or themes on?
As many as you like. The plugins and themes are GPL-licensed, and you can use them as often as you need to, on however many sites you choose.
Can I request a new file to be added to Theme Canal?
Yes, you may. However it is not guaranteed we will add it to our library. We also do not typically reply to these requests unless they are able to be added.
We take many factors into account when deciding to add a new file to our catalog, such as:
- retail cost (anything below $20-$25 USD we would not typically add)
- request frequency/demand
- resource requirements; we need to make sure it’s worth our time and bandwidth to maintain
